Dax von Darstein is a delightful 10 month old sable German Shepherd mix. Dax is a goofy and affectionate boy who will quickly win you over with his adorable floppy ears and friendly, playful manner.  He adores people and is eager for connection and every bit of attention he can get. Whether he’s wiggling between your legs for pets or trying to climb into your lap for a snuggle, he is always ready to share his love. He is a delight on his walks at the rescue and has done well walking alongside other dogs. In playgroups, Dax is comfortable and mingles with the other dogs. He is a respectful greeter who prefers friends who give him a little personal space, and he responds beautifully to verbal guidance from his handlers. He already knows his "sit" command and is an engaging pup who simply wants to be where the action is. He can have fun just tossing a toy around, and would be a great companion to take on outdoor adventures. With his medium energy and desire to please, Dax is looking for a home where he can be your loyal, affectionate and fun sidekick. (No cats please.)
